Wife has ALS disease for 2 years. On Oxygen full time. Patient of Kevin Boylan MD from Mayo Clinic Jacksonville. ALS worldwide has made experimental drug,pramipexole,available for her. We have to pay $13750 up front for the manufacture of the drug. We have spoken with Stephen Beyer the foundation head. Our info: Dennis/Michele Adamek,2219 Lowell Terrace,The Villages,FJ,32162. [phone redacted]. Both Michele and I are on Social Security Disability. I'am 64,and she is 60. The funds are needed in 30 days.
