Love "Kruze"
Donation protected
Many of my friends and family have met or at least have heard me talk about my awesome nephew Kruze . He is a beautiful young boy who just turned 4. My sister-in-law Erin Vance-Luetzow is an awesome mom who spends all of her time trying to make life better for Kruze and his brother Gage. Kruze and Gage both have Autism . Gage is speaking and starting kindergarten soon but Kruze is non verbal(at this time). Kruze has been working very hard on learning to communicate. A couple of weeks ago, he said"Hi" to me, which nearly brought me to tears. Unfortunately he requires a lot more teaching and classes to help him be able to communicate and grow in our always changing world. Erin has shed many tears over the years and is stronger than she will ever admit but unfortunately she and her husband Ryan, who by the way works his butt off for the railroad so that Erin can take care of the boys, are really struggling right now. They found out that Kruze is in need of multiple classes to keep him progressing and unfortunately Autism treatment by itself is not covered by insurance in Ohio. The classes that have been recommended for Kruze will cost another $300+ per week, as well as the need for an IPAD for a program that will help him communicate with us. I have seen the look in Erin and Ryan's faces. Asking themselves how people manage to pay this? They actually talked about divorce so Erin can apply for assistance, or selling there home and getting an apartment! Erin has been spending countless hours applying for scholarships and grants but has still come up short. I've decided to take the initiative to reach out to family, friends, strangers and ask them to donate- even if it's $1, Erin didn't feel like she could ask for donations because she knows that there are people out there worse off but after seeing her post on Facebook the other day I felt I needed to do something. I am asking for prayers and donations to help Kruze get the education he needs and to give a little peace of mind to Erin and Ryan.
