Many of you have heard about about my journey to medical school over the last few years.
It's been a long road, and I still have a ways to go!
The time has finally arrived for me to take the MCAT (medical school entrace exam) so that I can apply to med school!
The MCAT is a 7.5 hour long exam that covers biology, general chemistry, organic chemistry, physics, biochemistry, psycology, and sociology. Needless to say, it takes some serious time and study materials to prepare for this exam!
It is very important to do well on this exam as the outcome could be the deciding factor as to whether or not I get accepted to med-school.
I am looking to enroll in a Kaplan prep course this fall so that I may be 100% prepared to take the MCAT this coming spring.
Most MCAT prep courses that includes class room sessions cost around $2300, they also provide you with online tutoring, study materials, and a number of practice exams.
I am looking for a little help from you all, my friends and family, to get me to the next stop on the road to becoming an MD!
I would be so incredibly thankful for anything you could give!
And hey, if I make it I promise to give you free medical advice a few years down the road ;)
