Hello all, this is Edwin Dahmen’s daughter. I am creating this GoFundMe in hopes of helping my father and uncle out who were robbed at gunpoint in their home Thursday night. My dad was knocked out unconscious and has bleeding on the brain. Their phones, money $2k, tv, computer, lawn equipment, collectors coins worth $3k, and watches were taken.  Some of you may not be aware but my uncle who my dad takes care of is mentally challenged. His lawn equipment meant so much to him and was one of the few ways that he could earn income. Without your help, he won’t be able to do what he loves or earn money to help my dad financially. As most of you know, my dad didn’t deserve this. No one does really. We are all deserving of respect and love, unless otherwise shown. My dad is such a giving person guys. He has helped so many people in my family and his family financially. Paid for phones for them. Gave them money.  So many people have been helped by my father. He has saved money every year to make sure we had a good Christmas. He works 80 hours a week to pay his bills and to save money to help my uncle and other family members. Because of this tragedy, He also now has outrageous medical bills to pay for. His bill money that he had in envelopes was taken. That was also money to help support my disabled mother who can’t work. Guys. He needs your help. He will be out of work for a month. I know times are so tough right now for everyone. But even if it’s only $5, every little bit helps. Please keep praying for our family and for their recovery from all of this. Neither one of them feel safe to even stay at their house right now.  There’s only so much that I can do right now as well after just having a baby and now having to pay for childcare. Please remember all that my dad has done for you and for others and please show him and my uncle how loved they are. It would mean so much. I almost lost my dad guys. He could have been killed.
