Hi, to whomever is reading this :)! I'm Paige, and I am currently a sophomore/BFA2 at California Institute of the Arts.
This past year I studied Shakespeare and found it to be both an incredible challenge and a great growth learning opportunity. I realized that this is my passion.
I am excited to share I have been accepted into the prestigious Midsummer in Oxford (MIO) program at the British American Drama Academy (BADA)!
BADA receives hundred of applications and only selects 90 participants from across the WORLD. A program like this would also give me the opportunity to work with Professors from schools I would never have the financial means to have access to. Professors from Yale School of Drama, the Royal Shakespeare Company, and so many other high-level professionals from the theater world, will be there to answer my pressing questions and help me grow immensely.
That is why I am choosing to challenge myself and go to London, with your help for this month-long summer intensive starting July 8th, 2016.
Fortunately, I received $1000 in scholarship from BADA. Unfortunately, I still need $5,000 to pay for the rest of the tuition, travel funds, and room and board.
With your HELP, I can continue to grow as an actor and a person with this amazing summer intensive opportunity. Thank you for donating, this means the world to me!
