Our beloved dog Chance , who actually got his name when we rescued him and decided to give him a CHANCE, needs major surgery. He has torn both his ACL's in his back legs and needs a plate put in them so he can walk.

Chance isn't able to play with his family right now and he has always loved keeping up with the kids. Without the surgery we will have to be put down because he's putting too much pressure on his front legs.

Chance means so much to our family and my kids are going to be heartbroken if we can't save him. I've never asked for help like this but our family can't afford a $7000 surgery. Any help is so appreciated.
