Bikes and Lids for Kids Rochester
The Rochester Community PTA Council in partnership with the Rochester Hills Fire Department and other sponsors is collecting and refurbishing used bicycles for children in Rochester Community Schools. Students in need can apply for a free bike and helmet.
This program will help students get to and from school safely and independently; promote healthy exercise; allow outgrown bikes to be passed to others; and provide age-appropriate bike safety training.
This site is being used to provide financial support for the "Bikes and Lids for Kids program." Your donations could help purchase bike helmets, accessories, or repair items for the donated used bikes. Please donate funds by September 10th as the event will be September 25th.
We appreciate all of your support to help us get working bikes, new helmets and safety training to all students who are in need of a bike. Thank you so much for your support!
