Hi guys my name is Justin Downs and for those who don’t know I have been in and out of the hospital for awhile with a condition called Rhabdomyelosis and for those of you who don’t know what it is it is a muscle breakdown in the body where a protein called myoglobin go to your bloodstream and it damages your kidneys and I was just Readmitted back in I have been having bills pile up on me and my family for me being sick and I’m not looking for sympathy I just don’t want my family to deal with his hard ship because I’m not working rn anything help in our time thank you so much
