As many of you are aware, as a tragic result of the bushfires currently raging across Esperance WA, I am absolutely heartbroken to inform that this fire has claimed the life of my beautiful younger brother, Tom Butcher. He, along with 2 foreign female backpackers and his horse Couger, tragically lost their lives


My husband Jason, my 4 month old daughter Lillian, my mother Sharon, and stepson Tylar need to travel to Perth to lay his body to rest over the beach of Esperance, where he loved to ride his horse and where his heart lies. I am trying my hardest to stay strong while I grieve the loss of my brother, and I am absolutely devastated.

The flight and funeral costs that I am currently arranging as I am the only family member living in Australia, are extremely high; money that our family simply does not have.
