Positive youth making their dreams a reality. Jacob's AFCA baseball team has earned the opportunity to compete in the 2016 Mustang League World Series in Youngsville Louisiana. The competition will run August 2nd through the 8th. Jacob is a left handed first baseman, pitcher and back catcher for the AFCA Chicago Elite team (Athletes For Christ Association). The tournament is a PONY tournament (Protecting Our Nations Youth). Please help Jacob embark on an experience that he has worked hard to accomplish. These young boys are doing great things!
