Brother Mark's Open Heart Surgery

My brother Mark is 64 years old, an honorably discharged veteran, who is facing double bypass open heart surgery in the next month. He lives alone, and his income is from Social Security, and from working a part-time job. He will be unable to work for a couple of months after his surgery. He is worried about his finances, and thinks that he will have to sell off his possessions just to make it through the recovery period. We'd like to raise enough money so that finances won't be one of his worries. Please help brother Mark. Thank you.
