Help JEP with surgery expenses

As most of you know my grandson Jamison Elliot Pendergraft  or JEP as we call him was diagnosed with Craniosynostosis. He is going to require surgery to fix. I have attached an explanation of the surgery. His parents Justin and Alysia Pendergraft have insurance but their out of provider deductible is $13000.00. Plus they will have travel expenses. The surgery is either going to be at the Children's Hospital in Minneapolis St Paul  or at the Mayo hospital in Rochester Minnesota. If anyone feels like helping out it would be greatly appreciated.
