Help Adventures in Learning Caregivers
Donation protected
Adventures in Learning Child Care Center has been providing topnotch care to children and their families here in our community for over 20 years. Many of the caregivers at Adventures in Learning have a tenure of greater than 10 years.
This scary and tragic time has most of us forced to stay at home in order to try and help prevent the spread of COVID-19 that could prove to be devastating to our elderly and immunocompromised friends, neighbors, and family. In addition, on March 18th, Governor Tony Evers signed an order limiting the numbers for daycares to 10 staff members and a maximum of 50 children.
Unfortunately, Adventures in Learning had to make the extremely heart-wrenching decision to temporarily close their doors for an undetermined amount of time. This decision comes with a devastating financial impact to the caregivers that have devoted their livelihood to our children.
Effective Monday March 23rd, these caregivers are unemployed with little-to-no regular income. 100% of these funds will go to the amazing caregivers at Adventures in Learning so they can hopefully maintain their normal as much as possible given the tense and uncertain economic times the COVID-19 pandemic has forced upon us.
Many Adventures in Learning families may also be suffering from economic consequences related to COVID-19. Particularly for those who have been fortunate enough to maintain their regular incomes, please consider donating to this cause so the caregivers can continue providing for their children and families. The duration of this shutdown is obviously unknown. While it lasts, please consider regularly donating a portion of your tuition that would have otherwise been paid each week.
Everyone must come together in these tragic times. The caregivers at Adventures in Learning have provided such tremendous care for our children, so let’s do all that we can to help them through this time and show them the same level of care and dedication they have so clearly shown us.
