Defend My Family

My name is Sarah Ereti and I have five beautiful children and two that live with me and one on a mission. My daughter is 15 and my son is 8. The three of us live in Washington state.
I am being sued by my ex-husband for the money he paid me for spousal maintenance that he agreed to pay when we got divorced. He wants me to also pay his lawyer fees. He is also asking to lower the child support to cover only one child, not the two children that are living with me, since my 17-year-old daughter has been living with him.
I will use the money to pay my lawyer so that I can defend myself and get the proper amount of child support calculated on his current income and to continue to receive the spousal maintenance to which he agreed to pay and has paid up to the end of June.
I need the funds as soon as possible so that I can pay my lawyer his retainer fee. After that is paid, I will use the rest of the funds to pay him for the extra time that he will use to put our case together and set up our defense.
I have used the money that he has paid me for spousal maintenance and child support to pay rent, electricity, water, sewer, garbage, telephone, groceries, school supplies, extra activities, medical bills, clothes for the children, dental bills, prescriptions for the children, OTC medications for the children, airline tickets to visit my daughter in Texas, bills for lab work, car payment, car insurance, registration and license tabs for the car, new shocks and struts that were desperately needed, gas, and the monthly amount I pay for my 19-year-old daughters mission. I also paid for all of my missionary daughters supplies and things she needed before she went on her mission. I also have paid for all of my tuition and fees while I successfully go to school for a degree to get a job that will support my family. I was a loyal, loving, supportive, wife for 22 years and the spousal maintenance that we agreed to, enables me to have the time to get that degree.
I am forever grateful for any help that you are willing to give as I try to work toward resolving this situation and defending my family. $5, 10, or 15 would be a huge help. Anything that you could spare, will enable our family to stay together and not be homeless because we can't pay rent or bills and are forced to pay back tens of thousands of dollars.
