Don Tubbs Road to Recovery!!
Donation protected
Don and Darlene Tubbs are no strangers to Gaylord!
We have been friends with them and their family for years. They truly are genuine people. They were your camping neighbor who you knew, or even if you didn't you became friends before you left. Don may have been your chaufer when you needed to take the city bus to your next appointment, or the substitute school bus driver when your child needed to get to school on time, safely during a snow storm. Reguardless of how you knew him, Don was always the one to help you out when you needed it. Even if you hadn't seen him in awhile, we all know Don is the type to start the conversation off, just as if you just had breakfast together at the local diner!
On July 26th, Don faced a major, high risk heart surgery. Don made it through the surgery like a trooper, which was a blessing. It was that evening, when things took a turn for the worst. Don suffered a seizure which left him in a coma. With the help from the Doctors and the prayers coming from family and the small town of Gaylord, Don is showing baby steps of improvement. These signs are huge from where he was a couple of days ago.
With no definate time of how long Don will be down, or how long Darlene will be out of work to be by his side during this long road of recovery, the monies raised would be highly helpful towards the accumulating medical bills and every day living expenses.
Nobody wants to reach out for help, so this is why I am asking for donations to help take some of the financial stress away, so the only thing they have to concentrate on is Don making a full recovery and to get back home with Darlene, the kids and the loves of his life, his Grandkids!!
If you can not make a cash donation, Please add them to your prayers tonight!
Thank you!!!
Due to recent media coverage of Go-Fund-Me fraud, all money collected will only be able to be accessed by Darlene Tubbs
