This account is for my mother, Jeanne Williams, who has recently passed away from a tough 4 year battle of breast cancer. She was an independent, brave and inspirational woman who fought until the very end. 

She was extremely proud of both Chase and I, and what we accomplished through our school and hobbies. Specifically, my mother fell in love with the role of being a softball mom, and she both loved the sport and my CSUSB softball team very much.

Softball played a major roll in her life, and was a special type of therapy for her. By watching me play, it allowed herself to escape the ongoing battle of cancer just for a couple of hours. Because of this, my family established an athletic softball scholarship in her name. 

This scholarship was a goal of my mom's; she wanted to help well-rounded players reach their goals of being the best they can without worrying about money. 

Any donation you can make will help. My mother would not want people to donate to her memorial, but instead to use this money and help a college athlete with their future. This donation will help fulfill one of her last wishes.
