Jeffs campaign to kick cancers ass!

Anyone who knows my dad, knows that he is a hard working son of a gun. He's worked hard all of his life, never calls into work, never gets sick, until recently while we were vacationing in North Carolina, my dad became very ill, he went to urgent care where they performed many tests and they diagnosed him with stage 4 Colon cancer with mets to the lungs, peritoneal cavity and liver. He spent 8 days at KU med center and found out that he has a bad heart along with atrial fibrillation, his heart stopped for 6 seconds during his stay so he had chest compressions to get him going again. He was finally discharged home for about 2 days before he became sick again, he's been at KU med center. He's been through a major surgery and is experiencing a lot of pain. My mom has not been able to work and she has been by his side, my dad who's worked hard all of his life is swallowing his pride while being laid up in the hospital unable to do what he loves, which is to work. We dont usually ask for help, but it's time to swallow our pride and ask for anything that we can get, we don't want our dad to worry about bills while he needs to focus on kicking cancer in the ass.
