My name is Aiden Lewandowski. I've been doing karate since I was 7 years old. For years I've trained hard to make the Jr. USA National Karate Team and this year in Pittsburgh I made the team! Now I have the opportinity to represent my dojo, Fluvanna, Virginia, and the United States in Guayaquil, Ecuador in the Pan-American Championships.
