Restore Deena's Destroyed Home

My name is Stephanie Lipstein.  I created this page for my mother, Deena Graham.   Everyone who knows my mom, knows she is a remarkable lady with a huge, caring heart.  While these traits are great traits to have, they have caused my mom to suffer great dispair and stress.  The home I am requesting help with restoring is my mother's home place.  This is where she grew up with her Daddy.  This is where her grandchildren played as young kids.   This is where her daddy's ashes were spread after he passed away.   This is where our memorial garden was created for many of our loved ones whom are no longer with us.  This is her home, and it was destroyed by her previous renter!!!!  I will try to make a long story short.  Her renter was someone she has known for many years.  They went to school together.  In my opinion, this lady preyed on my mother's kind heart.  The renter gave my mom her sob story and told mom she had nowhere to go.  My mom agreed to let her rent the home after showing her pictures of damages caused by the renter prior to her.  My mom told her how she had to clean for weeks to get the home livable again.  The renter told my mom how she couldn't believe anyone would do that and assured she would take care of my moms home.  Next, renter lady and son move into my mom's home, the home my grandpa built with his own hands.  Here we are months later.  After involving Sheriff and SPCA , they are finally out of my mom's home.     It was a long drawn out process to get them out.  They havent paid rent in 3 months.  They havent paid any utility bills for months.  My mom has went above and beyond picking up every possible shift, cleaning houses, and whatever other odd job she could find to assure her house payment and utilities were paid since they are still in my mom's name.  We had several people tell us about the dogs at my moms home.  When asked, the renter lied to my mom and said she had 3 small dogs. This lady has lied and manipulated my mother and destroyed something special to her.  My parents served a written eviction notice, which the renters signed and agreed to , yet they did not leave.  My parents had to spend money to go through the court system to be able to evict them.  Finally while serving papers , officers became aware of the stench and amount of dogs. ( so they thought)  They had counted approximately 48 dogs at that time.  Calls were made and SPCA brought a team from Dallas.  There were not 3 small dogs, nor 48 dogs.  THERE WERE 115 DOGS LIVING INSIDE MY MOM'S HOUSE.   Since this time we have discovered 10 dogs wrapped in trash bags sitting in my mom storage shed.  And there is more.... but I will stop at that.  Needless to say, I'm sure you can all imagine the amount of damage done to my mother's home by 115 dogs living inside.  The floors and walls are covered in urine and feces.  The doors and cabinets are chewed up.  The home is so bad it made the news and front page of the newspaper.    We are looking into trying to get a Hazmat team out.  However, we aren't sure that is going to happen.   My mother has renters insurance, but looks like that is going to be no help.  Come to find out, there is a clause stating they do not cover damages caused by animals.  If the house is condemned she will still owe payments  on her home.  If the home is able to be refurbished, it will have to be cleaned and gutted and  all new everything.    Did I mention the last home this renter rented was condemned due to the damage caused from her and her dogs.   ( Of course, we just recently found this out).   My mom is literally sick to her stomach and heart broken.  Please please help my mom save her home place.  Any amount will help her.  I will tell you all, she has no idea I am creating this account for her and she will probably be a little upset, yet very grateful for any help she can get.   My mom is the kind of lady that gives her last dollar to you if you need it.  Even though she works like she does and my dad is on a fixed income due to being on disability, she still donates to numerous charities and still does whatever she can to help other people.  Please pay it forward and find it in your heart to help her raise money to restore her home.   Anyone who knows my mom also knows the kind of person she is and the huge heart she has.  Lets shower her with blessings!  If you chose to donate, thank you.. thank you... thank you!!!  If you chose to keep scrolling,  please share and thank you for taking the time to read this.
