Allison and Sean have been expecting an addition to their lovely family come November. Unfortunately, on July 19, Allison's water broke at almost 25 weeks. She was life flighted to Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, UT where she will remain on bed rest until baby Hanni arrives.
After Allison was sent on her way, Sean made the difficult five hour drive to be by her side.
The doctors hope to keep her pregnant until 34 weeks (9 weeks of bed rest), and then the baby will stay in the NICU after being born. Each additional day/week baby Hanni is in utero is considered a blessing. Luckily, there are no signs of labor yet, and baby girl Hanni is staying calm.
The Hannifan's have a positive outlook as they are in a world class hospital with the best staff for their situation. With this unexpected hardship, please help our friends through this difficult time while they are out of work.
