On behalf of Victor's friends at  Malibu East  we would like to raise money to help Victor.  On July 4th, Victor was a victim of a hit and run accident and  he has extensive injuries and a long road to recovery.   Victor is like  family to us.  This comes on the heels of Victor losing his twin brother about three months ago.
