Financial help to avoid eviction

This year has been a tough year, through changing jobs, vehicle issues, and health issues we have found ourselves behind on our rent payments. We have finally been able to pull ourselves together, stick with a budget and moving forward can make ends meet, but are struggling to pay down what we have become delinquent on. We have a 6 year old daughter and beloved family pets and have nowhere to go nor any resources if we can't come up with this money. I'm terrified of losing everything I've worked so hard for, and most of all terrified of the what we will do if the worst case scenario happens. Anything anyone can do will be most appreciated and I promise to pay it forward and if needed pay it back. I just don't want to lose the roof over my family's head.
