My name is Jonathan Fried
I am 51 with many medical ailments and to top it off I have recently been diagnosed with advanced memory loss that could be early onset Alzheimer's but most likely Frototemporal Dementia (FTD) which can advance more aggressively.
My list of cronic ailments is only outnumbered by the number of medications I have to take to manage them.
The list includes kidney disease, Crohns, gout, hypertension, diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, anemia, a traumatic brain injury, Aspergers, depression, PTSD and now FTD
It has become clear that I need to be in a memory care assisted living environment but none of it is covered by insurance.
Im hoping to raise enough money for the down payment of $20,000 which is divided into thirds 1. Community fee, 2. First month, 3. Last/security and an additional $30,000 to cover the gap in rent for my first year.
My brother is busy fixing up my town house so that we can put it on the market. The proceeds will cover about 2/3 of my monthly expenses.
in the mean time my nuckle head brother is out of pocket for my care and expenses. $15,000 in two months and going on $20,000.

owed = $6,000
Care:
Living with my brother does have economic advantages but his house is not set up for my care needs and my nocturnal activities are very disruptive to his whole damily.
Cost to date = +- $6,000
since the disease is progressing rapidly, I am eager to get into a place before I am too advanced to qualify for assisted living. Val, I will ask that they reserve a room across the hall for you.
