Jerry's Kicking Cancers Butt

Jerry is a gentle and kind 36 year old husband and father to 5 who has been fighting a rare neuroendocrine cancer since 2011.  He recently had surgery with a specialist to remove some tumors that were making him feel miserable.  Unfortunately, what was supposed to be a fairly routine surgery turned into an 8 hour extensive surgery with multiple complications.  In addition to having a large abdominal surgery to recover from, he has required emergency surgery to remove a blood clot, has crashed and had to go back on the ventilator and has remained very sick in the ICU on medicines for blood pressure support and continuous dialysis for kidney failure since July 20th.  His family is very thankful for the excellent care he is receiving in Denver but meanwhile the medical bills and travel expenses for his wife and newborn baby are piling up.  Many friends have asked what they can do to help Jerry during this very difficult time.  In addition to continued prayers for a full recovery, financial assistance of any amount would be greatly appreciated to help relieve the additional financial stress they have to deal with.  You can follow along on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/Jerry-Kicks-Cancers-Butt-233523703463129/?fref=ts
