Reconnect Our Family

Hello, my name is Anthony Cornell Wyche III Also known as SOUNDWAV3. My mother Madeline Camilo (middle) and brother Andre England (left) have been on a wild journey in the past 6 months. I was attending my third semester at SUNY Purchase Dance Conservatory and everything was great. However mid semester, I went through many traumatic experiences. My great aunt passed away from cancer and my cousin was murdered. Both these events happened a week apart while I was at school. I was having difficultly we emotionally while I kept pushing through the dance program. 2 months after on my 20th birthday, I received notice that I could no longer attend my fourth semester at purchase due to lack of funds. I packed up all my things and went back to the Bronx Ny and as I thought things wouldn't get worse, we got evicted from our home. My 13yr old brother had to go stay with my stepdad and my mom and I had to come up with a plan to find a place to stay. I ended up sleeping on my best friends floor for a couple of months while my mom went up to Connecticut. Now I am fighting to get my life back and bring my family back together. I am asking for this amount so I can help put money down for an apartment for my mom and my brother so we can continue to be together and for me to go back to Purchase.
