Gwen's Family: Cancer Surgery

Gwen lives in the Philippines. She works for my company as a remote worker, via the internet.

Her brother-in-law has Stage 3 cancer and needs an operation. He has been out of work for a long time due to his illness, so his financial resources are limited. He supports a wife and two teenage children.

I would like to raise $1000, which would be half the cost of the surgery. The family can raise the rest of the money.

This will not only help the brother-in-law, but will also take a lot of burden off Gwen, who has been paying much of the medical bills.
