On July 23rd, Phil Harp died peacefully in his sleep. Phil had become disabled and did not have funds set aside to cover the costs of burial and cleaning up loose ends. We have set up this account to help his three children Gabrielle, Joshua and Rachael make it through this difficult time without the extra burden of figuring out how to pay for things.
