Yoniery Is Going To College!

As most of you know, I met the Sosa family in 2012 when Yoneiry wrote a letter to Santa Claus and mailed it to City Hall. He didn't ask for toys or gifts. He only asked for basic necessities --a warm jacket, underwear, clothes and shoes-- for him and his little sister. He just wanted to be warm and not be made fun of at school. I was fortunate enough to meet his mom and sister when we dropped off the Christmas presents. They are such a lovely, gracious and appreciative family-- struggling like many New Yorkers to make ends meet. Since 2012, i have watched Yoniery grow into an amazing, driven, and intelligent young man. The first in his family to graduate from high school and the first to attend college. He wants to become a pilot & will be attending SUNY Farmingdale in the Fall. This family is incredibly appreciative and has never asked for anything. Which of course, makes me want to help them more!! Please help me help them!!!!! He needs everything--- clothes, textbooks, money for commuting, etc.... Go! And thank you for helping.
