My husband, Tracy, was diagnosed with a rare form of Muscular Dystrophy called Pompe at the age of 31. Now at 57, the slow progression has caused his body to go through many changes affecting his daily life. He has lost his ability to walk and stand and now relies on a wheelchair for mobility. He would greatly benefit from a Standing Frame, a physical therapy device, allowing him to stand for a couple hours a day.
