Keep a Vet Rolling: Car Repairs to Keep a Leg Up
Donation protected
Hello everyone,
My name is Kevin, and I am a disabled veteran who has been facing significant health challenges since 2020. Over the past few years, I have been hospitalized multiple times due to a persistent infection in my leg. Despite the best efforts of my medical team, the infection has worsened over the summer, and now, the doctors are considering amputation as a last resort.
Before my health took a turn, I was an active individual who loved snowboarding, hiking, and camping. I also enjoyed going to concerts and had a fulfilling career as a hairstylist and cosmetology educator. These activities brought me immense joy and a sense of purpose. However, my current health issues have severely limited my mobility and ability to enjoy these passions.
In addition to my health struggles, I am also facing financial difficulties. My car, which is essential for my mobility and independence, is in need of urgent repairs. Without it, I am unable to attend crucial medical appointments, which are vital for managing my condition and receiving necessary treatments.
I am reaching out to you, my community, for support. Your generous donations will go towards my medical expenses and car repairs, helping me regain some independence and improve my quality of life. Every little bit helps, and I am deeply grateful for any assistance you can provide.
Thank you for taking the time to read my story and for your kindness and generosity.
Sincerely,
Kevin Snow
