I am creating this site for a dear friend and colleague.  Shelia Gordon and her family experienced a catastrophic loss on Sunday, July 24, 2016.  She and her family experienced a devastating fire that destroyed their entire home and all of their personal belongings.  While a fire is devastating, her family also lost a very dear member of their family, their loving dog.  The Prince Georges County Fire Department diligently worked the fire in grueling conditions when the heat index was well over 100 degrees, three Fire Fighters were injured while battling the blaze.  While all of the Fire Fighters and Shelia’s family members made it out of the fire safety, the catastrophic loss they have experienced is astronomical.  They made it out with the clothes on their back and nothing else.  In an effort to help Shelia and her family, I would like ask that you consider providing a donation, no amount is too small to assist Shelia and her family in rebuilding their lives.
