As you've read....
A big goal of mine isn't to just take on the world but to take IN the world. I want to help people. I know people that want to help people. We want to know more people that want to help people so that we can then do something about it, together.
But what you haven't is...
Competing in Miss Maine will bring me nothing but experience and opportunity. Yes, I want to remain a "helper" in society but I'm willing to do that through whatever doors are presented to me, as this door was. Placing in just the Top 5 alone gives a scholarship!

And how you can help is...
Donating towards my competition in Miss Maine! The entry fee is expensive and there are MORE costs beyond this.
