Eagle Bluff Field Trip/90 students

My name is Donna Yu and I am a 4th grade teacher at Highland Elementary School in St. Paul MN.  During my 20 years of teaching I have been fortunate enough to participate in  some tremendous learning experiences for kids.  One of those valuable experiences has been our trip to Eagle Bluff Environmental Learning Center.  Participating in this high quality outdoor learning experience has been the highlight of many student's lives.  Inner-city students have the opportunity to enter nature's classroom and learn, first hand, how exciting an fascinating being up close and personal to our Minnesota eco systems can be.  This trip is very expensive.  We are doing our best to raise the funds to go.  There are 90 students at 45.00 a piece, and then there are 2 coach buses needed.  The cost of the buses has been 3000.00 for our transportation there and back.  Please would you consider helping us reach our goal.  It would literally change the lives of some kids who would otherwise not be able to have this enriching experience.  Imagine, standing in front of a wind turbine learning about wind turbines, or sitting on the forest floor learning about insects that are within arms reach.  Fabulous!  We greatly appreciate any help you can give us.  Thank you so much in advance!  Donna Yu and a whole bunch of kids!
