My name is Craig Tilman. I am a 57 year old Disabled father raising 4 children ages 17,15,14 and 10.

I also have 2 older children, ages 24 and 26 who no longer live at home.
I have worked since the age of 14 years old, and have contributed to each job as if I was the owner/CEO.
I was in the high tech industry, and held many management positions.
I have had back and neck issues since 1984, when I was diagnosed with a Paraspinal Desmoid Fibroma. Surgery was performed, and it left my back with a giant hole in it. The hole eventually closed up, leaving me without external paraspinal muscles on the right side. This significantly change the way I walked.
Fast forward to 2005, where my L4/L5 disk completely ruptured. This was due to how I was walking. My gate also cause me to have Degeneritive Disk disease along with Degenerative Joint Disease. I have also had a fusion performed on my C4 level in my neck.
In 2013, I injured myself and once again, I have new issues with my back, L5/S1. L3/L4. I went on disability, and the doctors say I can not work anymore. I take Morphine for pain, along with muscle relaxers and can't stant, sit, lift, concentrate..the list goes on.
In 2015, I was diagnosed with Pancreatice Cancer. They found a 4cm mass on the tail of my pancreas.

I had surgery, where they removed half my pancreas, and all of my spleen. From this, i Inherited diabetes type 2, and periphrial neuropathy.
In later 2016, my cancer came back. It is stage 4, unoperable pancreatic cancer with metastasis to my liver. It is 80% compromised. There is more info on this in my updates.
I followed up with SSI, but was denied. Here is why. The attorney I hired failed to submit all of my medical records. When the judge looked at them, he had a funny look on his face, and kicked the records off to an expert, who later confirmed denied status. Of course I appealed, and represented myself. Finally after giving them all my records, I won and now get Medicaid.
In December of 2015, both knees finally gave out. Yep, another surgery. This was later followed up with a total knee replacement on my left knee, where I was left was a permanently messed up leg that won't bend or straighten.

Now, I had been living on my retirement account. It is pretty much gone. In fact, my divorce finally finished, and my childrens mother took the remaining funds in my account and left me with nothing.
This brings me to why I need help.
I am trying to find some kind of work I can do from home, one that has no dependency on lifting or physical activity. Also one where I don't have to pass a drug test. I hear people now saying "good luck"..thanks I'll need it.
Ill be using this money for rent, food and gas. I get no aid from the county, and my bank account goes dry monthy mostly due to the 200 mile round trips I need to make to Stanford for my chemo.
I need funds right away, and you have no idea how hard it is for me to ask. I have always been the person friends have gone to for help.. I help in the community with things like coats for kids and cell phones trades for air time for our armed services.

Please consider helping me and my family through this hard time. I truely believe in paying it forward, and that carma does exist.
Thank You and God Bless
