Help me fix my heart

Hello, my name is Natalia Carrasquel, I just turned 20 on July 14th and the reason why I’m opening this it’s because I need help to be able to my procedure done which is scheduled for July 29th, I was diagnosed with arrhythmia when I was 14 years old, I went to the doctor because I have something called hyperinsulinism, which means that my pancreas produces too much insulin, and when the doctor was doing my regular checking he noticed that there was something wrong with my heart and that’s when I when to the cardiologist and they told me what the problem was, I used to take Bisoprolol but when I moved to America on 2016, I didn’t have insurance and I couldn’t continue with my treatment. I went to cardiologist on 2019 and they said I had to go to the electrophysiologist but when I finally had my appointment, I lost my insurance because I wasn’t working at the same place anymore. Recently, I started working somewhere else so I finally have my insurance but on July 1st, I had an episode at work and I had to go the ER and I got my appointment for the electrophysiologist on July 8th, that day the doctor told me that my type of arrhythmia is called PVC (premature ventricular contractions) so I have to get a procedure that it’s called catheter ablation done in order to fix my heart and they found out that I had a heart attack in the past. That day I went home using a heart monitor for a couple of days.  I was so happy to finally be able to take care of this but I got a call from the hospital and my out of pocket amount is 3,500 dollars, I need help with the expenses of my procedure and for my appointments coming up which I have to paid 245 each because I haven’t reach my deductible plus whatever extra expenses I’ll have to cover for that day. I’m just trying to get as much help as I can, I really appreciate anything, thank y’all ❤️

Hola, mi nombre es Natalia Carrasquel, acabo de cumplir 20 el 14 de julio y la razón por la que abro esto es porque necesito ayuda para poder realizar mi procedimiento que está programado para el 29 de julio, me diagnosticaron arritmia cuando tenía 14 años, fui al médico porque tengo algo que se llama hiperinsulinismo, lo que significa que mi páncreas produce demasiada insulina, y cuando el médico estaba haciendo mi revisión regular notó que había algo mal en mi corazón y fue entonces cuando cuando al cardiólogo y me dijeron cuál era el problema, solía tomar Bisoprolol pero cuando me mudé a América en 2016, no tenía seguro y no podía continuar con mi tratamiento. Fui al cardiólogo en 2019 y me dijeron que tenía que ir al electrofisiólogo, pero cuando finalmente tuve mi cita, perdí mi seguro porque ya no trabajaba en el mismo lugar. Recientemente, comencé a trabajar en otro lugar, así que finalmente tengo mi seguro, pero el 1 de julio tuve un episodio en el trabajo y tuve que ir a la sala de emergencias y obtuve mi cita con el electrofisiólogo el 8 de julio, ese día el médico me dijo que mi tipo de arritmia se llama PVC (contracciones ventriculares prematuras) y tienen que hacerme un procedimiento que se llama ablación con catéter para reparar mi corazón y descubrieron que tuve un ataque cardíaco en el pasado. Ese día me fui a casa usando un monitor cardíaco durante un par de días. Estaba tan feliz de finalmente poder ocuparme de esto, pero recibí una llamada del hospital y el monto que tengo que pagar ese día es de 3,500 dólares, necesito ayuda con los gastos de mi procedimiento y para las próximas citas que voy a tener tengo que pagar  245 cada una (incluyendo la que tuve el 8 de julio)  porque no he alcanzado mi deducible. Solo estoy tratando de obtener toda la ayuda que pueda, realmente aprecio cualquier cosa, gracias a todos ❤️
