Please note we have our house up for sale and it might be a long time before we sell! The money now that is provided will help to put a down payment in case our house doesn't ever sell.
When I woke up to a knife at my throat and the man saying how beautiful my daughter was I realized it wasn't a dream. I immediately started praying. God gave peace during the attack! You can imagine the shock.
The assault lasted over an hour and with several threats to my life and my daughters life.
I an thankful we walked away with our lives. Immediately following the attack I (tammy) suffered a heart attack brought on by the trauma and physical attack. I still thank God for his grace but mourn the loss of our home. For as many of you know once your home and family has been violated in such a way it is hard to go back.
No longer feeling safe we are now living with family. The housing market has crashed in Pottstown. In our town it will make it nearly impossible to break even let alone sell their home. Meanwhile the criminal is still free. Pray he is caught and brought to justice.
Prayers are needed donations welcomed. We are now saving for a down payment so we will live in a safe neighborhood. You can imagine how difficult it had been but we have faith!
