Leila Harper’s New smile

As you may already know Leila was born with a cleft lip and palate. We like to call it her wide smile! We were given a surgery date of September 30th! We were also notified that we don’t have a provider in network and we will be paying out of network. She requires an orthodontic device called a NAM that is about $5-6k alone, just in the first 3 months of life. If you find it in your heart to give we would be so thankful and blessed. We are so excited to give this girl a new smile, and One she can wear with confidence! Your gift will be something she enjoys everyday!
