Echo’s Eye Surgery

I’m coming here to ask for anyone that can offer help. My friend Marlon is in a tight situation. His dog Echo was run over by a car on Wednesday evening and had to taken to the 24 hour veterinary emergency room. She is in stable condition, but her left eye is going to have to be removed. Not including the fees, medicine, and x ray costs, the initial estimate of her surgery is $5000. Echo means the world to Marlon, and he would give his life for her.
