Van got towed! Stuck in SF! Help!!!

I came to SF for a concert the other night and my car was towed outside of my hotel with both of my dogs in it. I had some previous parking tickets already and the tow was ridiculously expensive! Now I am stuck on the streets of SF with my dogs ( who aren't allowed in most places) looking like I'm homeless with a back pack on my back. The tow yard charges $68 per day for storage and the cost just keeps going up! I don't know what to do! I have to get my mini van that I am still paying payments on out of the tow yard and need help from some good people! Please help me!!! This happened 2 days ago and storage fees are only going up!!
