As most of you know, I have battled issues with ulcerative colitis, and now Crohn's disease.  In 2010 they found out I had a perforated colon and it was removed.  They made what is called a j-pouch and I had an ileostomy for about 8 months.  For people that don't know what that is, it's a bag that you have attached to your side where you waste exits your body.  I had that reversed in December of 2010.  I had 5 great years of life without having a bag or any health issues at all.  
Well in March of 2015 I started getting pains in my hiney.  I found out that I got what is called an anal fistula.  It was from the crohn's and inflammation it causes in your small intestine.  A fistula is a hole in your bowel that tunnels through your body and finds a way out.  Essentially, I had two hiney holes.  After several surgeries I ended up getting another ileostomy and had that for about a year.  After everything healed up I was able to get another reversal on March 21st, 2016.  Since my reversal I have had numerous infections and I haven't healed up.  My body decided that it was going to give me another fistula in the same place.  I'm now reliving what I experienced a year ago.  I visited with my surgeon, Dr. Lee Raley and he recommended me to go seek a 2nd opinion from Dr. Bo Shen at the Mayo Clinic in Cleveland.  
I spoke to my dr's nurse today, 7/22/2016 and they have sent my info to Cleveland.  I should be getting scheduled to go within the next week or two.  They do a lot more procedures and Dr. Raley mentioned what is called a pouch resection.  They would take out the part of my bowel that is causing issues and then reconnect it, eliminating the weak part of my bowel.  They are the experts at this stuff!  

Here I am in an incredibly trying situation and I'm asking all of my friends, family, and everyone else whom would like help because I don't want to burden my family or myself with all of the expenses that come with traveling, (dad and I are going to drive the 13 hour trip), hotel, food, dr. bills, etc, that will incur during this trip.  I had several friends offer to help pay for flights or anything else needed, so I thought this was a good way that people can help.  When I have more details about what all is going to happen, (how many trips, procedures, etc, I will update).  I would love to have everyone follow and help.  

I just want to get the right information and treatment so that I can live a normal life after whatever it is my doctors decide to do.  I have really struggled with my current situation and I'm asking everyone for good vibes, prayers, and all I want to do is be healthy and live my life again.
