Kimi's Cancer Journey

Hi, My name is Chris (Kimi's old man)! I want to say that even going this far to ask for help is a struggle. Kimi was diagnosed with stage 2 cervical cancer in late June, and we were told two weeks ago that it is now Stage 3c. Kimi has always been a fighter, a strong person, and she has tried to maintain that throughout this ordeal. We are waiting for H.I.P. to kick in next month, but between prescriptions and traveling to Indy at times has become alot. We will find out next week, hopefully, when radiation and chemo begin. They are saying as of now, it will be five weeks of radiation with once-a-week chemo. Then a three-day hospital stay in Indy for a more invasive round of radiation. We are scared but hopeful, weak but strong, proud but struggling. I am asking for help so we can continue to get her the things she needs. Like her meds, foods packed with protein and fiber.
