Q-man needs a mobility van

Hi my name is Diane  and I am the mother  of a beautiful 18 year old boy name Quincy (Q-man) Hoston, he was born with a condition called cerebral palsy and he is also quadriplegic. Because of his condition he requires constant medical care, getting to and from his appointments is nearly  impossible to do without a mobility van. Quincy doesn't require much, he is a happy kool-aid smiling kid that loves music. As his mom it saddens me that I can't provide the one thing he really needs, thats why I am reaching out to you for help. So whatever you can donate  we would greatly appreciate it.
