Hi everyone,
We have come to our wits end, and have done all we can and need your help!
As you can see by the pics and video, we had a MAJOR flood about 2 weeks ago and our house had been flooded and covered with 8-12 inches of mud. Brian tried digging it out, but we needed to hire more help. We need to dig it out, replace the hot water heater, plus the appliances and just clear it before mold sets in.
We have drained our savings and most of our account to rent two dumpsters and hire help to clean it out, but it keeps coming.
State Farm have denied our claims(mud and ground water are not covered) The City of Bellevue is directing us to SD1 or FEMA but they will not cover ANY of the clean up and only a portion of the repairs to keep this happening again (the cost might go to $40,000)
We hate asking for help, but we have No Hot Water, as our hot water heater is covered in mud and destroyed. It has also destroyed out washer and dryer as well as
Family pictures and Christmas items etc.
