Sarra is going to be two years old tomorrow, and she is in need of a specialized procedure to see three. She has two holes in her heart, and requires surgery to repair them in Tunisia this fall. The surgery is scheduled, but her parents are fighting to come up with the funds. They are incredible people and friends, but have come on hard times as the tourism business in Tunisia crashed. They are working hard in Sarra's grandfather's shop in Marrakech just to make ends meet, and do not want to take charity.
