Gabe was admitted to the hospital over six weeks ago with an infection in his heart. For those that don’t know, Gabe was born with a congenital defect in his heart that has come with many complications and several surgeries throughout his short life, the first being at only a few days old.
Due to the complications from the infection in his heart, he had open heart surgery last week and seemed to be doing fairly well. Today he had a major complication from the surgery with a bleed somewhere around is heart and is currently in another emergency surgery.
His parents, Lee and Kirsten are needing any help they can possibly get so they can stay with him, to cover lost wages from work for Kirsten, gas too and from the hospital and food for while they are at the hospital. Lee is on dialysis and spent several days in the hospital across from Gabe last week when his fistula port ruptured during the night.
Please pray for complete healing for this sweet boy and anything you are able to give will help this family tremendously.
