Hi all!
My name is Taty (they/he) and I live in Chicago and work at Brave Space Alliance as the Mutual Aid Program Coordinator and Makeup Room/Den Supervisor. I’m also a co-founder of the Chicago Black Drag Council. I’m very excited to announce that my top surgery is scheduled for September 2nd! This is something I’ve wanted for a long time and I’m very grateful to have a job that prioritizes my health as a trans person and is able to give me PTO. With that money I’ll be able to cover rent, bills, loan payments, and some food but I’m still in need of a lot more to cover the rest of my surgery my insurance doesn’t cover, food, transportation, other medical supplies, and to pay my partner and roommates for taking care of me and my dog. Anything helps! Thank you all in advance.

- $1,400 - For my partner and roommates taking care of me during my recovery
- $100 - Food/transportation/medical supplies needs
