I started this fundraiser to help the Matthys family after the tragic and unexpected passing of husband and father of 6 children, Allen Matthys.  

One of the children, Anthony Matthys, is a member of my Mustangs 04 Travel team.  Over the past two years I have gotten to know him well and his smile positive attitude are infectious.  The same can be said of all the Matthys children.
