Funeral Expenses for Jeffrey Esdale
Donation protected
It is with a heavy heart that I am writing this request. My name is Jason Esdale.. Professionally known as Jon Conner. My brother, Jeffrey Esdale, went to sleep last night on July 19 and didn't wake up this morning. His wife, Danielle Esdale, woke to find him this morning and despite her attempts at CPR and calling an ambulance, she was unable to revive him. They were high school sweethearts and she is absolutely devastated. This woman was his rock and stood by his side for 23 years through everything and I am extremely thankful God put her in his life.
Jeff and Danielle through the years
Danielle and Jeff have 4 boys, Malachai, 21, currently in college and playing football at UCF. "Zeke", 18, attending PITT in the fall and also playing football. Noah, 14, and the youngest Nikolas, who is 2.
His boys (L to R) Zeke, Mal, Nikolas, Noah
Jeff with his youngest, Nikolas, shortly after his birth.
As his brother, and only a year and a half apart in age, we were inseperable as kids. We had bunk beds but still slept in the same bed. We grew up together. We went through everything together. He had a knack for finding trouble, lol, and I always tried to be there for him. I know he looked up to me for guidance and help and I tried to be someone worthy of being looked up too. He was one of my biggest music supporters. Last year he was so proud to be the first one to get a Dammit Boy tattoo to show his support for my new company. Right now, I want to be there for him one last time. His oldest is in Florida, his wife and 2 youngest are in Arizona. I HAVE to help get him and his family to Delaware for the memorial service, help my parents with funeral expenses and help Danielle who now is on her own with 4 boys. This happened so suddenly, financially, we just aren't prepared for the flights, expenses etc. We have large loving family and we all need each other right now.
Christmas at our mother's last year.
Jeff with his nephew, "Little Jase", his brother Kosta and little sister Elenie
Danielle with our sisters Leisa and Lyndsey
I have already recieved alot of phone calls from people who heard the news and they all want to know the same thing.. How can I help?? That answer became clear an hour ago. So here I am, writing this GoFundMe, still in shock.. To be able to be the big brother for him one more time and help his family in their greatest time of need would help comfort my heart, which as you can imagine is broken. I ask that you donate anything you can to help so I can help my family get through this time. I understand times are tough, so even if you can't donate, if you would just share or pass this on, I would be extremely grateful and it would mean the world to me and my family. I will be personally making sure all proceeds go to his funeral fund.
Please say a prayer for my brother and his family.
I love you bro. I will miss you more than I can put into words. Rest easy. Big bro is here and I will not let you down...
