I have 2 young girls, 10yo & 6yo, who are my reason for fighting my cancer as aggressively as I can! All they ever ask for is their very own treehouse…a place that is theirs alone.
We live check to check and we can’t truly envision being able to give them a treehouse until they are in college.
I am a Type 1 diabetic and in 2018, I was very unexpectedly diagnosed with Stage 2 breast cancer invasive ductal carcinoma. Had double mastectomy and 8 rounds of chemo. I had to have my ovaries removed and have since been on hormone therapy to keep my breast cancer at bay.
2 weeks ago, I was told that my breast cancer came back and metastasized/spread to my liver and bones. I am now Stage 4 Metastatic breast cancer to bones & liver.
Being able to have a treehouse for my daughters as their own private space means more to me now…. Would you please consider helping us?
I just increased our goal a bit to help us with childcare costs since this new chemo treatment plan is weekly and Shaun has to go back to work on Monday.
