Pulmonary Fibrosis

Do you want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money in aid of pulmonary fibrosis trust and every donation will help. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.
My partners father died of Pulmonary Fibrosis in 1998 after 5 years illness with this awful disease. Now my brother Kenny McHugh (57), after feeling breathlessness was diagnosed in 2021. We are trying to raise awareness as there is not a lot of people aware of this debilitating killing disease. At the moment Kenny is loosing 1% lung function every month and there is nothing that can be done but keep Kenny comfy and hope and pray NHS find a compatible donor and a lung transplant can be done.

We as a family have been given so much help from the Pulmonary Fibrosis Trust that we would like to give something back to them, so Linsay and I have decided to set a challenge by visiting no less than 275 railway stations of Scotland all by rail from August 19th with the help of www.Unitetheunion.org, Bryan from ogplumbing.co.uk and Grant and Rachel of www.Tayflex.co.uk who have sponsored us and covered all our tickets and accommodation so all money raised goes straight to the PF Trust.

We are so keen to raise as much money and awareness as possible and travelling all over the Scottish rail network we thought was an ideal opportunity whilst doing something we really enjoy for such a worthwhile cause.
We will provide pictures and updates of every events days hoping to complete over 8 days. Looking to do a lot over social media and getting the local press involved.
